1. How long does shipping take?
We offer two main shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
Processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.
2. Do you ship nationwide?
We currently ship across the continental United States.
We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes for heavy items.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. What if my order arrives damaged?
Take clear photos of the product and packaging, then email Orders@duogrocery.com within 48 hours.
We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
5. Do you accept returns?
Most food and grocery items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
We only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable products that meet our return criteria.

6. What if I received the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it quickly. Email Orders@duogrocery.com with your order number and photos of the item.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t shipped yet.
Once the order is in transit, it can’t be cancelled. Email us right away if you need help.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus other secure payment methods shown at checkout.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Any active offer will be shown at checkout or on our homepage.
