Iron Goddess, also known as Tie Guan Yin (鐵觀音) or Monkey-Picked Oolong, is a partially-fermented oolong tea. As one of our favorites, this tea offers a beautiful, rich, mouth-filling, and sweet taste. Throughout each infusion, the tea leaves expand gradually until the full leaf is exposed, revealing lovely crimson-tinged edges. A must-try!
